Must have:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Sourcing Specialist
- Experience recruiting Developers/Engineers
- Strong English written communication skills
- Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts
Good to have:
- Experience with Job Boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Google)
- Experience with Meeting Platforms (Skype, Google Meet, Zoom)
- Experience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Lever
- Experience with Recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout.com
- Knowledge of Boolean Operators

Who We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Sourcing Specialist.
- Experience recruiting Developers/Engineers.
- Strong English written communication skills. Resume must be in English.
- Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts for efficiency.

- Managing every stage of the recruitment cycle
- Establishing touchpoints and maintaining follow through
- Consulting with others to craft holistic recruiting strategies
- Developing an unbiased and efficient interview process
- Deliberating with key stakeholders to identify personnel needs
- Writing job descriptions for both internal and advertising use
- Participating in the management of the employee referral program
- Incorporating a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel
- Providing recruitment status reports to management
- Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
- Assisting with the future implementation and proper use of the ATS system
- Launching and developing the onboarding processes for new hires
3:30 pm - Midnight Philippines time (3:30 am - noon EDT, or 2:30 am - 11 am EST depending on the time of year). The half-hour break may be taken anytime between 6 pm - 8 pm local time.
Negotiable, based on experience

Monday through Thursday: 10:00 AM -7:30 PM SAST
Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM SAST
