The Role Entails
Design and maintain intuitive, user-friendly interfaces (UI) for web applications.
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to translate complex business needs into user-centric experiences.
Collaborate with software engineers & stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of UX/UI design throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure that the design is consistent with UX best practices, emphasizing usability, accessibility, and performance.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, identify pain points, and improve overall user satisfaction.
Stay informed and continuously update yourself on methodologies, trends, and technologies in the field of UI/UX design and web development.
Be a part of challenging projects across a wide variety of industries and functions for top organizations in Greece and/or abroad.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with development teams.
Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design approaches.
Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Basic understanding of analytics and data visualization concepts to inform design.
Nice to Have
Experience with front-end development tools / frameworks (e.g. React, Angular) to better integrate with development teams.
Knowledge of web performance optimization to ensure smooth user experience and fast load times.
Familiarity with search engine optimization practices
Experience designing scalable applications for large user bases.
Ability to create visually engaging applications with tools like Canva, and experience in animation tools is a plus.
Understanding of version control systems (e.g. Git) for collaboration.
