We are currently seeking a skilled UI Developer to join our dynamic development team at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for our software solutions. Leveraging your expertise, you'll collaborate closely with our team to drive the design and development process forward, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-centric products.

JOB LOCATION:- Bhubaneswar, Odisha (Work from Office only)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement user interfaces for software applications.

• Lead the UI/UX design process, from gathering requirements to creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

• Develop responsive and visually appealing user interfaces using modern front-end technologies and frameworks.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and enhance the user experience.

• Implement best practices for accessibility and user interface optimization.

• Work closely with backend developers to integrate front-end components with backend systems.

• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on UI/UX design principles and best practices.

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve our design processes and deliverables.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present design solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-7 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React.js or Angular.

• Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and front-end development skills.

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).

• Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and user-centered design methodologies.

• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
