Job Description

The Vacation Club Guide at Aulani, a Disney Vacation Club property, is responsible for selling timeshare memberships. This involves inspiring families to purchase, utilizing various sales and marketing tactics including in-person, virtual, phone, and chat interactions. The role requires strong sales acumen, ability to handle multiple leads, and collaboration within a team. Guides receive sales training and professional development, and earn a base salary plus commission. A Hawaii Real Estate License is mandatory. The role demands flexibility for varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Selling the Disney Vacation Club is a true team effort, but it all comes down to the Vacation Club Guide, who helps our Guests understand why ownership makes sense for their future. You will report to a Sales Manager.

This is a Full-Time role.

Responsibilities/You Will:

  • Provide sales information that inspires families to make a buying decision.

  • Be provided with access to sales-specific training and ongoing professional development opportunities unique to the Disney brand

  • Capture high-interest leads through multiple sales and marketing tactics, including in-person and virtual opportunities

  • Work with Guests from around the world while engaging in a sales conversation using multiple formats: Chat, Virtual, Phone, and Onsite In-Person Interactions

  • Develop a sales pipeline through multiple types of lead-generation opportunities

  • Build your Counselors Sales Approach to create revenue

  • Work in a team environment that fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion

  • Display decorum to uphold the expectations of Disney Vacation Club and Disney Signature Experiences

Basic Qualifications/You Have:

  • Active and in-good-standing Hawaii Real Estate License

  • 1+ years’ experience working in a competitive sales environment, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or vacation ownership

  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to handle and follow up on multiple lead opportunities daily

  • Proven ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture

  • Dynamic, results-driven mindset with a can-do, win-win attitude

  • Flexibility to work at different locations as needed

  • Proficiency with Windows-based programs and ability to quickly learn new software systems

  • Full-time availability, including weekends, holidays, and variable shifts based on business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in spoken and written Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively with Guests and Members

Education:

  • High school degree or equivalent

  • Active and in-good-standing Hawaii Real Estate License

Base Salary: The base salary for this position in Kapolei, HI is $48,500 to $65,000.00. Commission: Our highly competitive compensation includes commission based on the sales plan. Benefits: This position is also eligible for a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered."
