This Account Manager role focuses on growing advertising revenue across channels for key clients in Central Europe. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive business strategies leveraging Google's advertising products (search, display, video, apps) to drive international growth and meet client objectives. The role requires managing a portfolio of clients, aligning their expectations with internal/external Google resources. Data analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing data-driven optimizations are crucial. Collaboration with account team members to provide excellent client service, research, and market analysis is vital. The position demands strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in advertising/sales/marketing
  • Fluent English communication

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with business techniques including effective questioning, and objection handling.
  • Expertise in performance marketing and experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship and servicing.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and to think strategically and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through thought leadership and analytical and problem solving skills.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Grow advertising cross-channel revenue through comprehensive business strategies for key clients, leveraging Google's advertising products (search, display, video, and apps) to drive international growth and achieve customers’ business objectives.
  • Own your book of business, aligning customer objectives and expectations with internal and external Google resources to foster long-term growth.
    Work towards goals while prioritizing and delivering an excellent experience to Google's customers.
  • Analyze data trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop compelling narratives that drive client growth and maximize business impact.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations to drive sustainable growth and achieve client objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with account team members to provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis. Develop and maintain a pipeline that helps you run your business and maximize business impact.
