• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that supports Ziff Davis Shoppings business objectives. 
• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing product management and design teams. Encourage creativity, excellence and a ‘fail fast’ mindset, leveraging rapid validation techniques and strategies that ensure we get our products and features to market fast.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product and design decisions, identify trends, and optimize product performance. Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, user feedback, and market research.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure every opportunity to drive success is explored, coordinated and delivered.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and ensure RetailMeNot remains a market leader. Identify and act on emerging opportunities and potential threats.

• Proven Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the e-commerce, digital savings, or online marketplace sectors is highly desirable.
• Strategic Vision: Strong ability to develop and articulate a long-term product vision and strategy. Proven track record of driving product and design innovation and achieving business results quickly.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Deep understanding of data analysis, A/B testing, and user research. Ability to leverage data to make informed product and design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and present to senior leadership.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: An obsession for identifying new opportunities, taking calculated risks, failing fast and rapidly driving innovation. Taking complete ownership of our product offering with the ability to think creatively and move fast.
