Working Student - People & Culture

Support end-to-end recruitment (job drafting, interview scheduling, etc.) and serve as first point of contact for candidates for dedicated positions

Support with ad hoc administrative tasks, including drafting contracts and preparing HR-related documents (confirmation letters, visa documents, invitations etc.) 

Contribute to special HR projects, such as performance management reviews and feedback training initiatives

Manage and maintain knowledge resources on the JustPlay company intranet

Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture and the Support Function team to enhance the employee experience for all JustPlayers

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Economics, or a related field

Ideally you previous experience with ATS tools (we use Personio) 

You have excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a big plus

You are familiar with Google Workspace and various management tools such as Asana and Notion

You have a good understanding of how startups function and legal regulations 

You have demonstrated the ability to work on a highly organized manner and are self-disciplined and reliable, with a strong attention to detail

You have an analytical mindset and the ability to support in creating dashboards and tracking important HR related metrics 

You have a genuine interest in gaining insights into different areas of HR
