Yeoksam Office Help Desk Representative
Job Summary
Job Description
The Space & Property Center in Yeoksam is seeking a help desk representative with at least 3 years of experience. Responsibilities include managing visitor access and parking, handling mail and courier services, managing office supplies and medical supplies, and maintaining facilities such as meeting rooms, the internal PC room, air conditioning, building HVAC, DID, interpretation rooms, and lighting. The ideal candidate possesses strong MS Office skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, effective time management, and a responsible work ethic. Experience in corporate general support or IT help desks is preferred, as is English language proficiency. This is a 1-year contract position.

- 안내데스크 업무 : 내방객 출입관리 및 주차지원, 출입증 대여
- 문서수발 업무 : 내부 구성원 택배/등기/퀵 우편물 관리
- 사무용품 및 의약품 관리업무 : 각층 OA실/의약품 보관장소 물품관리
- 시설물 관리업무 : 회의실, 사내 PC방, 에어컨, 건물공조, DID, 통역실, 조명 관리 등

- MS Office 및 기본 컴퓨터 활용 능력: Word, Excel, PowerPoint 등 MS Office 프로그램을 능숙하게 다룰 수 있어야 합니다.
- 적극적이고 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력: 구성원들과의 원활한 소통을 통해 문제를 신속하게 해결할 수 있는 능력이 필요합니다.
- 문제 해결 능력과 꼼꼼함: 다양한 문제를 신속하게 해결할 수 있는 능력과, 세부 사항까지 꼼꼼하게 챙기고 기록할 수 있는 성격이 요구됩니다.
- 시간 관리 능력과 멀티태스킹 능력: 여러 가지 업무를 동시에 처리할 수 있는 능력과, 우선순위를 정해 효율적으로 시간을 관리할 수 있어야 합니다.
- 책임감 있고 성실한 태도: 맡은 업무를 끝까지 책임지고 성실하게 수행할 수 있는 태도가 중요합니다.
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
