Job Details

Our AAA Art team is expanding!

We’re seeking talented Environment and Building Artists with a passion for architectural accuracy, material realism, and grounded world-building. Whether you're an emerging artist or a seasoned pro, if you excel at crafting believable spaces with attention to structural detail, natural wear, and modular workflows—this is your opportunity to build the foundations of immersive game worlds.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build realistic architectural and environmental assets, from individual props to large-scale modular buildings, using Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Model environments with an emphasis on real-world scale, structural accuracy, and functional design.
  • Develop and apply physically based materials (PBR)—wood, metal, concrete, stone—with realistic wear, aging, and grime, using tools like Substance Painter, Substance Designer, and Photoshop.
  • Sculpt and detail large modular elements with focus on surface realism, consistency, and reusability.
  • Collaborate with environment teams, level designers, and technical artists to ensure assets support gameplay and performance requirements.
  • Maintain strong optimization practices while preserving visual fidelity.
  • Implement feedback from Art Directors and Leads, iterating efficiently to meet project quality standards.
  • Stay current with architectural trends, materials research, and best practices in environment art production.

Requirements:

  • 1–5+ years of experience in game development, architectural visualization, or a related field.
  • A portfolio demonstrating realistic environments or buildings, showcasing attention to structure, materials, and environmental storytelling.
  • Proficiency in modeling and sculpting software (e.g., Maya, Blender, ZBrush).
  • Strong knowledge of PBR texturing workflows, with realistic weathering and surface detail.
  • Understanding of man-made structures, both pristine and aged—how materials wear, deform, and decay over time.
  • Ability to create clean, modular, and optimized game-ready assets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
  • For senior candidates: proven contribution to at least one shipped AAA project or high-quality real-time environment.

If you're passionate about crafting grounded, richly detailed environments that players can get lost in—we want to see what you can build.

  • Opportunity to work on AAA projects.
  • Stable employment and professional growth in an international environment.
  • Training platforms and workshops to level you up.
  • Hybrid set-up for those who are living in NCR, remote for those who are outside the metro.
  • Community of people who understand and share your passion for games.
  • Team of like-minded people.
  • A culture of diversity and inclusion to unite the most outstanding talents.
