We are responsible for IFRS consolidated financial reporting, the HGB individual financial statements, and ESG reporting. Together with around 150 national and international subsidiaries, we shape processes, set impulses, and rethink accounting – digitally and intelligently.
Must have:
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements according to IFRS
  • Process balance sheet and valuation-relevant issues with regard to group structures, participations, and new business models
  • Accompany the integration of new subsidiaries and participations into our group reporting
  • Prepare the monthly IFRS cash flow statement and process group-wide management cash flow reporting
  • Be a professional sparring partner for our subsidiaries and the Shared Service Center
  • Monitor new developments in accounting and support their smart and scalable implementation
  • Actively shape the future of Group Reporting with ideas for automation, digitalization, and the use of AI in Group Accounting
Good to have:
  • Ideally 3-5 years of professional experience in an international auditing firm or in the group accounting department of an internationally active company

We are responsible for IFRS consolidated financial reporting, the HGB individual financial statements, and ESG reporting. Together with around 150 national and international subsidiaries, we shape processes, set impulses, and rethink accounting – digitally and intelligently.

What you will move with us:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, annual, and consolidated financial statements according to IFRS
  • Process balance sheet and valuation-relevant issues with regard to group structures, participations, and new business models

What you bring:

  • You have a university degree (university or technical college) with a focus on accounting, auditing, or finance or a comparable qualification
  • You ideally have 3–5 years of professional experience in an international auditing firm or in the group accounting department of an internationally active company
  • You have sound knowledge of IFRS and can analyze and implement complex issues in a structured manner
  • You work analytically, structured, and independently and enjoy trying new things
  • You are a real team player, but also value initiative and self-organization
  • You have an interest in digital transformation in Group Accounting, especially in the context of automation and AI
  • You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
