Netflix Houses are our permanent, always-on, constantly refreshable entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing, integrating, and coordinating efforts for the entire Netflix House team at one of the sites. You will be the “hub” of communication and connection with cross-functional partners and vendors and helping drive new initiatives and projects to push the business forward.
This role reports to the General Manager and is based in King of Prussia, PA.
What you will do:
Communicate to cross-functional partners within Netflix, such as Marketing, Human Resources, Training & Development, Finance, Legal, Health & Safety, and Facilities
Liaise with operating vendors and partners
Establish regular meetings with key stakeholders to update on progress and solicit feedback
Collect, update, and maintain detailed files across all Lines of Business, keeping a consistent archival structure
Assist with optimization of ongoing operations to achieve operational consistency and maximum satisfaction, profitability and efficiency
Maintain team and project calendars and coordinate all aspects of team/project related meetings and work sessions among internal and external team meetings
Designated meeting note taker, tracking action items and following up on outstanding matters as needed
Organize team travel (group offsites, benchmarking trips, etc.)
Manage tickets for guests/VIPs of internal & external stakeholders
Submit approved invoices from vendors for payment and update the invoice tracker
What we need from you:
3+ years of operational coordination experience
Hands-on operational expertise across multiple lines of business including Attractions, Custodial, Food & Beverage, Retail, Entertainment, Ticketing, and Guest Services
Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize
Excellent organizational skills using digital tools and Google suite
