Job Description

The Walt Disney Company France seeks an intern for the Digital Retail Marketing Assistant position. Responsibilities include implementing marketing plans for franchises (Star Wars, Marvel, etc.) in collaboration with distributors. This involves adapting European plans to the French market, managing digital ad campaigns across platforms (Facebook, YouTube, etc.), conducting campaign performance analysis, implementing influencer marketing strategies, creating brand content, and leveraging social media and other owned channels. The ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing skills, proficiency in English, and an affinity for Disney brands.

Description du poste :

Vous travaillerez au sein du département Retail Sales & Marketing, qui est responsable au sein de The Walt Disney Company France de la stratégie d’activation de nos franchises et des catégories de produits dans la distribution (distribution en points de vente physiques et online). Vous serez encadré(e) par une Superviseure Marketing Digital.

Vos principales responsabilités seront : la mise en œuvre de plans marketing liées à nos franchises (Star Wars, Marvel, Mickey, Disney Princesses ou autres) en partenariat avec nos distributeurs (e-commerce, magasins de jouets spécialisés, grande distribution alimentaire, enseignes de mode…) sur différents media digitaux.

Vos principales missions seront :

·L’adaptation des plans marketing européen au marché français, en coordination avec les responsables de franchises et les category manager

·La mise en place et suivi des campagnes publicitaires exposées sur les principaux média digitaux (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Programmatic ads) et sur les sites e-commerce des retailers avec pour chaque campagne :

oCréation des formats publicitaires,

oBrief media et suivi de la mise en ligne des campagnes,

oSuivi et optimisation de la campagne en cours,

oAnalyses des performances à l’issue des campagnes.

·L’activation des opérations d’influence pour amplifier la portée de nos prises de parole :

oMise en place d’opérations spéciales (évènements, portages),

oProduction de brand content.

·L’activation des médias sociaux organiques et autre relais owned de TWDC (CRM, site, TV) et mise en place de synergies avec les autres lignes de business de TWDC afin d’amplifier la visibilité de nos produits sous licence

·La traduction de contenus Franchises pour les social media de l’entreprise

·La veille concurrentielle

Profil recherché :

·Etudiant.e en Master 1 ou 2 Marketing (Ecole de commerce ou Université)

·Excellent niveau d’anglais écrit et oral

·Maîtrise du Pack Office (surtout Powerpoint et Excel)

·Appétence pour l’achat media digital

·Esprit créatif

·Maîtrise de calculs simples (coût par vue, click-through rate, etc.)

·Dynamique, enthousiaste et polyvalent

·Capable de gérer plusieurs projets sur des marques et des licenciés différents en même temps (organisation et gestion du temps)

·Aisance relationnelle, à l’oral et à l’écrit

·Affinité avec les marques Disney, Pixar, Star Wars et Marvel et le business des jouets et de l’habillement

·Une première expérience dans l’univers du marketing et particulièrement du digital serait fortement appréciée
