Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager

Your role:

The Assistant Commercial Excellence Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Commercial Excellence team within the Commercial Operations department. This individual will be responsible for analysis & reporting, funnel process improvement and process & system optimization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a, and experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.

Data Analysis and Reporting (50%):

Provide in-depth analysis and insights on the topic of sales performance, opportunity development, order forecasts to support business decision-making. Utilize Excel and Power BI for comprehensive data analysis and reports and visualizations to serve business requirements. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.

Projects and Process Development (50%):

Establish and optimize the sales funnel review process to ensure efficient opportunity management and order conversion. Support implementation of commercial operation projects e.g. CRM, funnel management, forecast management. Act as the key user and drive the adoption of commercial operation systems, deliver training regularly and implement continuous improvement initiatives as per request. Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and synergy across various teams and departments.

You're the right fit if:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to deal with complex data sets. Proficiency in data analytics tools in Excel is a must. Experience in Power BI is a plus. Experience in data analytics & reporting, as well as Funnel Management (CRM) related operation excellence activities Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Must have experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred academy background in data science, statistics, accounting and finance is. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management methodologies.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
