About the Opportunity:
As an Associate Photographer, you'll play a key role in supporting marketing efforts by capturing high-quality images and 3D virtual tours of residential and commercial properties. You'll work closely with a dedicated team, gaining hands-on experience while showcasing your photography skills in a fast-paced, independent environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Photography: Capture stunning images and 3D virtual tours of homes, apartments, and commercial properties, using advanced techniques to create a compelling portfolio.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client needs efficiently.
  • Market Ownership: Manage local market coverage by navigating commercial properties and one-mile grids to ensure complete data coverage. Identify new inventory and fill in missing availability.
  • Client Communication: Professionally engage with clients, sales teams, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and strategically plan tasks.
  • Safety & Representation: Follow safety protocols to protect company equipment and vehicles, while always representing the client in a professional manner.
  • Ongoing Collaboration: Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth execution of tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Photography Experience: At least 2 years of professional photography experience (field experience preferred). Recent graduates with a degree in photography are also encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Matterport is highly valued, though training will be provided for qualified candidates. Strong proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, and Microsoft Office is required.
  • Data Accuracy: Ability to accurately capture and enter data, and quickly learn commercial real estate terminology and mapping concepts.
  • Independent Work Style: Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and a keen eye for detail.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while driving, and stand or walk for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Frequent hand and arm movements for camera operation and typing on tablets or laptops.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, and carrying may be required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and drive in various seasonal conditions.
  • Flexibility to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
