Description

Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, IL, and a land-based casino near the Nittany Mall in State College, PA, Bally's will own and/or manage 16 casinos across 11 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.

Well, what about the team?

As an Associate Product Manager in our Core Player Experience domain, you’ll contribute to shaping the essential features—like onboarding, payments, and player engagement—that form the backbone of Bally’s real money gaming products. Reporting to the VP Product – Core Player Experience, you’ll support the team in delivering effective user experiences that align with our strategic goals and enhance customer satisfaction. This role is a key entry point into our dynamic industry, helping to support acquisition, retention, responsible gambling, compliance, and expansion into new markets.

You’ll assist in building a product roadmap by conducting research, analysing trends, and working closely with Product Owners and Technology to bring ideas to life. Supported by an experienced Product team, this is a chance for someone eager to grow in gaming product management, with a keen interest in customer needs and a desire to learn how to create solutions that make a difference.

So, what will you be doing?

  •  Help manage Bally’s core features—such as onboarding, payments, help & support, and responsible gambling tools—that underpin our real money gaming products.
  •  Build a solid understanding of these areas and their role in improving customer experiences and business outcomes.
  •  Assist in sharing a product vision that strengthens our offering, working under guidance from senior team members.
  •  Support the translation of Bally’s strategy into practical features that enhance our products and fit within the wider ecosystem.
  •  Work with Product Owners to capture clear requirements that meet player needs and business objectives.
  •  Keep player needs in mind, using data, UX research, and testing to inform decisions that boost engagement.
  •  Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Delivery, and Technology teams to support successful feature launches.
  •  Encourage teamwork across Product areas to maintain a consistent approach, guided by senior colleagues.

And what are we looking for?

  •  Early experience in a product-related role (or similar), with a willingness to learn the full product lifecycle.
  •  Familiarity with software development methods is useful but not essential—just a keenness to pick it up.
  •  Good organisational and communication skills, with an ability to work well with others.
  •  Problem-solving with a creative yet practical mindset, eager to tackle challenges.
  •  A clear interest in real money gaming and improving digital customer experiences.
  •  Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning how products meet customer and business needs.
