As a Bilingual Contact Center Sr Specialist at Nielsen, you'll work remotely from home, managing relationships with Nielsen panel families. Key responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and supporting these families to ensure their active participation and data integrity. This involves conducting phone interviews, verifying eligibility, troubleshooting equipment issues remotely, collecting device information, and ensuring accurate data collection. You'll need strong communication and persuasion skills, and you must meet performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction. A quiet workspace, high-speed internet, and flexibility for evening/weekend work are essential, along with mandatory in-person orientation in Mexico City.

Job Responsibilities & Home Office Requirements

    • Strong communication and persuasion skills are crucial. 
    • Collect device information, troubleshoot remotely, and ensure accurate data collection. 
    • Meet performance goals related to sample quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Home Office Requirements: Requires a quiet workspace, high-speed internet, flexibility for evening/weekend work, and mandatory in-person orientation in Mexico City.

What You'll Need:

    • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
    • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent negotiation and customer service skills are required, with sales experience a plus.
    • Technical Proficiency: Requires strong computer skills (iOS, Windows, Google Applications), software systems aptitude, and knowledge of WiFi and networking.
    • Superior organizational and time management abilities are crucial. 
    • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
