G5 Games is a game developer and publisher headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. We have over 850+ talented professionals worldwide who work remotely or in one of our 10 locations. More than 20 years ago, the company became one of the first mobile game developers in the world. 

You may know us from hit projects like Sherlock, Hidden City®, Mahjong Journey®, The Secret Society®, the Jewels series, and many others. 

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Team Lead. You will manage a team of Business Development Managers, collaborate closely with major partners, overseeing high-value contracts and fostering long-term relationships.

What you will work on: 

  • Lead the team, ensuring effective collaboration and the professional growth of its members.
  • Set and allocate tasks within the team, considering priorities and team members' competencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with current partners, identify, assess, and establish new partnerships.
  • Participate in strategic business development initiatives.
  • Manage all partner relationships for the marketing department, including arranging meetings, conference calls, and regular correspondence.
  • Screen new and existing contacts/deals/agreements to seek better deals or new opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Keep updated information on current accounts using the company's internal tracking systems.

It’s important to us:

  • Business Development experience across different regions (e.g. North America, Europe and Asia).
  • Experience in team management.
  • Ability to identify games for publishing based on specified criteria, oversee their internal evaluation, and successfully negotiate publishing agreements.
  • Experience of working with the international contracts.
  • Strong negotiation skills in Russian and English (minimum Advanced level of fluency).
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Performance marketing, development, finance, legal, etc.).
