What You'll Do

As part of the 2025 Graduate Programme, you will join our Compliance team, reporting to the Director of Compliance. This is a 12-month program based in our Centurion office, with a hybrid work model requiring on-site presence at least three days a week.

• You will report to the Compliance Manager
• Conduct case and gap analysis to identify potential compliance issues.
• Stay current with PCI standards, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, Trade and Card Brand requirements, and other relevant legal and regulatory obligations.
• Track applicable executive orders, regulatory and industry updates, and draft concise summaries.
• Manage due diligence requests from banking partners and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, and training materials to meet compliance standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits, regulatory exams, and assessments.
• Investigate and resolve issue tickets from external merchants, vendors, and internal support teams.
• Support the development, implementation, and management of compliance programs and risk assessments.
• Participate in compliance-related projects and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

You Should Have

• A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related discipline.
• Preferably some experience or internship exposure in compliance, auditing, or regulatory environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in English in a business context.
• A South African ID, CV, Cover Letter, and Academic Record.
