Review and pinpoint concepts, stories, and scripts that can enhance subscription and engagement.
Creator & Artist Onboarding:
Scout and onboard top-tier creators, artists, and influencers in the Bhojpuri dialect.
Ensure alignment between their values and STAGE's brand ethos.
Content Management:
Oversee content and release & monitor content delivery timelines across all production phases.
Uphold STAGE's brand consistency in style, quality, and make sure the content is in lines with STAGE’s SoP.
Innovate content formats and strategise for marketing alignment.
Quality & Production Oversight:
Conduct on-set visits for quality assurance.
Champion best practices in post-production and spearhead training initiatives.
Marketing & Promotion:
Craft compelling promotional scripts and marketing copies.
Engage in offline marketing endeavours to enhance brand visibility.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with production and creative team.
Brand Integration & Writers' Room:
Seamlessly integrate brands within content narratives.
Oversee the writers' room towards producing engaging content narratives.
Budget & Cost Management: Deliver content within the set budget while maximising production value & supervise cost management and invoicing processes.
Curate a STAGE Originals content pipeline tailored for the Bhojpuri dialect & execute real-time content strategies to stay ahead of the curve
Legal & Compliance: Safeguard STAGE's content rights and IP & oversee legal documentation processes related to content rights
You should apply if you have
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of professional experience in the Bhojpuri entertainment industry
