CloudHire is a rapidly growing recruitment solutions provider specializing in connecting top talent with companies worldwide. As we expand our global reach, we're seeking a talented Contract Recruiter fluent in Spanish to support our hiring efforts in Spanish-speaking regions.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced recruiter who is fluent in both Spanish and English to source, screen, and manage candidates from Spanish-speaking countries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cultural and professional nuances of these regions and will be able to work flexibly as per the project's needs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:
    • Identify and engage with potential candidates in Spanish-speaking countries through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks).
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Candidate Screening:
    • Conduct initial interviews in Spanish to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Evaluate candidate resumes and job applications.
  • Client Collaboration:
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
    • Provide insights into the Spanish-speaking talent market.
  • Coordination:
    • Schedule interviews between candidates and internal teams.
    • Assist candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
    • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with international or remote hiring.
    • Experience recruiting in Spanish-speaking countries is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills:
    • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Cultural sensitivity and awareness of the Spanish-speaking regions.
