Creative Production Project Manager

We’re looking to hire a Creative Production Project Manager for a Fortune 500 healthcare client. Teams are very collaborative and have a passion for creating cutting edge customer experiences.   
 
Our Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Marketing team to act as key point of contact between the creative production team and internal stakeholders.
 
This is a 4 – month contract (NO EXTENSION). The team is located in Minnesota, and the role is fully remote. Onward Search provides benefits for 40 hour work week and weekly paychecks (W2) for duration of the contract.

Creative Production Project Manager Responsibilities: 

• Manage delivery teams to function as a unified unit, maximizing client satisfaction.
• Forecasts and manages the overall work portfolio, proactively identifying and driving initiatives while collaborating with leadership on prioritization.
• Cultivates strong, meaningful relationships with service lines to foster a deep sense of client partnership and engagement.
• Leads engagement planning, mobilizing and managing delivery teams, defining deliverables and schedules collaboratively, and overseeing team resource management.
• Strong writing skills (creative briefs, email communications), experience with Microsoft Teams.

• 4 years of experience in Brand Management, Account Management, or Project Management.
• Strong writing skills (creative briefs, email communications), experience with Microsoft Teams
• Proven experience leading and executing creative production projects across digital, web, print, and especially film/video.
• Proficiency in Workfront or similar project management platforms.
• Highly collaborative and strategic thinker with the ability to align project execution with broader business goals.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with a track record of successful account management and relationship building to achieve results.
