As a Catering Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the catering services align with the FIFA brand and meets clients' expectations. You will support the Catering team in the day-to-day operation by performing certain tasks, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Continue the development of overarching strategies for catering concepts that align with FIFA World Cup 26™ goals, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple venues and events.
Collaborating with culinary teams to create event-specific menus that reflect the cultural diversity and preferences of attendees while meeting FIFA's standards.
Implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction through innovative F&B offerings, efficient service delivery, and personalized hospitality.
Work with Performance team to monitor food safety standards, health regulations, and sustainability practices across all food and beverage operations to ensure compliance and guest safety.
Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and optimizing costs while maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Conducting evaluations, gathering feedback from guests and stakeholders, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service standards.
Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Troubleshoot, anticipate and act proactively on all event aspects leading up to and onsite
Assist in the strategic development of proposals and contribute to delivering high-level presentations in pitch meetings with stakeholders.
Maintain regular communication with executive stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.

You Have These:
3-5 years of full-time, progressively responsible experience in the catering industry; preferably including menu and staff development.
Any combination of training, education, and experience equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Restaurant/Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite | Adobe Acrobat | Zoom | DocuSign | Smartsheet
Exceptional organizational and process management skills with a strong ability to follow structured procedures and guidelines.
Demonstrates exceptional composure in high-pressure environments, ensuring consistent performance and effective decision-making under tight deadlines.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Good timekeeping and work ethic that is characterized by commitment, motivation, and energy

Prior experience with large-scale sporting events a plus
Flexibility and positive attitude to work long days, evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary
Travel: Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work during holidays. This position may require up to 30-40% travel.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
