Job Description

The Customer Onboarding Strategist at Google's Global Customer Solutions team is responsible for managing new customer relationships, ensuring smooth product adoption within the first six months. This involves defining customer needs, managing timelines, providing expert Google Ads guidance, and educating clients on products and measurement solutions. The role includes responding to customer inquiries, driving successful campaign implementation, and ultimately transferring accounts to long-term account managers. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a deep understanding of online media, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Fluent English and Hebrew are essential for supporting client relationships in the designated region.

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising sales, business development, marketing, start-ups, or media.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with video or TV media.
  • Understanding of Google's advertising products and the technology industry.
  • Ability to reach out to customers, and assisting them in adding value to their business.

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will educate new customers, help solve problems, drive strategy and ensure the smooth adoption of our products. Throughout our customer lifecycles, we prioritize delivering a fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step in that process.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage customer relationships from creating their first campaigns through successful implementation for a customers first six months using Google ads.
  • Help the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value.
  • Be a Google ads expert and educate on our products and measurement solutions.
  • Respond to customer emails and calls regarding implementation.
  • Successfully transfer our customer relationships to long-term customer account managers after onboarding.
