The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for driving growth with external customers by providing excellent customer service and collaborative analysis. This 12-month opportunity is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers' supply chain teams and purchasing groups, efficiently processing customer orders, handling credit and debit orders, monitoring service levels, investigating order failures, participating in customer workgroups, ensuring data integrity for "perfect orders", analyzing sales data, and collaborating during supply shortages. The role requires fluent Swedish and English, experience in customer service, great interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

About the role 

Join our Nordic Supply Customer Service team and be responsible for driving growth with external customers by providing excellent customer service and collaborative analysis. This is a 12-month opportunity based in Stockholm, Sweden.  

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers' supply chain teams and purchasing groups. 

  • Efficiently process customer orders within the required timeframes. 

  • Handle credit and debit orders promptly and accurately. 

  • Monitor and provide detailed explanations to accounts regarding service levels and shortages. 

  • Investigate and address all order failures, implementing strategies to improve future outcomes. 

  • Participate in customer workgroups and conferences alongside the sales team. 

  • Ensure data integrity to facilitate “perfect orders” by collaborating closely with customers’ operational teams, internal Haleon contacts, and Haleon’s third-party distributor. 

  • Analyze customer sales data using appropriate tools and systems to optimize product availability across their network. Use these insights to suggest adjustments to order volumes or profiles and allocate stock effectively during supply constraints. 

  • Receive, analyze, and process customer orders as part of the broader Supply Chain team. 

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders during supply shortages to ensure effective stock allocation to customer depots, minimizing the impact on Haleon’s sales. 

 

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Fluent in Swedish and English. 

  • Experience in customer service, including managing complaints, preparing reports, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. 

  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to contribute effectively to cross-functional teams. 

  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. 

  • Commitment to delivering excellence in customer service. 

  • Proficiency in SAP and related processes is preferred. 

  • Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
