The Tesla Delivery Advisor is responsible for providing a world-class ownership experience to new Tesla customers. This role involves welcoming customers, preparing vehicles, hosting delivery appointments, conducting new owner orientations, and ensuring accurate delivery information is maintained in the internal system. The advisor will work closely with the Delivery Manager, supporting center operations and contributing to improvements in delivery processes. A strong understanding of Tesla products, services, and local EV incentives is essential. Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in English (and other local languages) are required. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to a growing technology company. The role may require flexible scheduling based on delivery volume. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
