The Desktop Support Analyst will provide technical assistance to a large and varied end-user population both on-site and remote. Responsibilities include setting up desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, video conferencing, audio conferencing, software, and user training. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining equipment, and providing support for various IT systems, including video conferencing and telephony. The analyst will also be responsible for documentation, inventory management, and occasional off-site support. They must be able to work outside regular hours to accommodate business needs.
