Overview

The Digital Advertising Operations Executive is part of a team responsible for digital advertising implementation, ad quality and compliance, inventory management, and collaboration with sales representatives and clients to gather creative assets. This role is critical to ensuring accurate targeting across various digital platforms and successfully executing campaigns in fulfilment of client orders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for launching advertising campaigns for digital ads and emails, including trafficking banner and newsletter ads, troubleshooting creative files, corresponding to client's inquiries and scheduling emails according to confirm dates.  

  • Communicate with client’s, media agencies, and sales reps on ensuring assets and contents received meet specifications and checked for quality assurance for display banner ads and emails.   

  • Processing varies types of creative assets including third party tags, set up staging links and generate screenshots for live campaigns. 

  • Implementing targeting details prior to executing ads to ensure delivery effectively.  

  • Working closely with internal teams on custom targeting implementation, flagging potential delivery issues and identifying complex campaign goals.  

  • Assist in maintaining digital inventory and ensuring accurate products available for the sales team.  

  • Supporting team colleagues in workload and projects as needed.  

  • Attend industry related training events ton develop digital advertising knowledge. 

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:   

Essential 

  • Good communication skills working with sales team and/or clients 

  • Understanding of the digital advertising industry or advertising operations 

  • Familiar with using ad and email server systems 

  • Proficient with Microsoft products, primarily Word, Excel and Outlook 

  • Extremely detail oriented 

  • Highly organized and proactive 

  • Problem solving skills 

Desirable

  • Education to degree level or equivalent 

  • Knowledge HTML, CSS, or other coding languages

  • Experience in advertising or media agency
