Job Description

The Director of Interactive Growth at AGS will be a strategic leader driving innovation and revenue growth within the Interactive Division. Responsibilities include developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new revenue streams, optimizing existing ones, and expanding AGS's reach. This role requires leading innovation initiatives, building strategic partnerships, enhancing client relationships, optimizing organizational systems and processes, and leveraging data analytics for decision-making. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of leadership experience in business development or a related field, preferably within the interactive gambling or gaming industry, and possess strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Job Overview

The Director of Interactive Growth will drive innovation and revenue growth at AGS, identifying new business development opportunities and optimizing processes to propel the Interactive Division to new heights. Reporting to the VP of Interactive, this role will take a strategic approach to innovation, systems optimization, and incremental improvements across all initiatives. Focusing on strategy, collaboration, and execution, the Director will be a confident, results-oriented leader who inspires collaboration and drives impactful outcomes across the team, clients, and industry stakeholders.
This high-impact leadership role is ideal for a forward-thinking individual passionate about innovation and success.
 
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Revenue Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies that identify new revenue streams, optimize existing ones, and expand AGS's reach within the interactive gaming industry.
  • Innovation Leadership: Continuously seek out and implement innovative ideas, technologies, and practices to stay ahead in the industry and achieve measurable improvements.
  • Business Development: Lead initiatives to build strategic partnerships, enhance client relationships, and identify new opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and refine organizational systems and processes to maximize efficiency, enhance collaboration, and drive consistent performance improvements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and inform decision-making across the division.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (e.g. game development, compliance, legal, marketing, and account management) to deliver cohesive strategies and consistent messaging that enhance the client experience.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire, guide, and mentor team members across various departments, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Client Advocacy: Champion AGS's client-first culture by ensuring that all interactions, initiatives, and services meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Market Trends & Risk Management: Stay informed about industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly and ensure sustainable growt

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required); MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in business development, strategic growth, or related fields, preferably in the interactive gambling or gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth and implementing successful business development initiatives.
  • Exceptional strategic thinker passionate about innovation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with expertise in leveraging data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Highly organized with a systems-based mindset and a keen ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present confidently to leadership teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Adept at navigating complex organizational structures while fostering alignment and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A high-energy, confident leader who thrives in collaborative environments and is driven to achieve exceptional results.
