Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
We’re looking for a Director, Technology Alliance Partners - Americas, to join our channel and alliances team. Reporting to the VP, Channel & Alliances, you will be responsible for:
- Developing go-to-market strategy and execute co-sell with Zscaler’s strategic technology alliance and cloud partners in the Americas
- Creating and maintaining executive relationships within these partners.
- Teaming up with internal sales,channel, marketing, BD and other ecosystem leaders to programmatically drive new revenue generating initiatives alongside these partners
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a strong team of Partner Business Managers by helping them create partner business plans for their regions and helping them execute their co-sell motions
What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience managing individual contributors
- 5+ years of experience selling in the enterprise software, SaaS space
- Successful track record in working with technology alliance partners and hyperscalers in a co-sell capacity
- Must be open to 40% travel, including attendance at all business reviews and meetings
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with progressive, born-in-the-cloud partners
- Prior co-sell experience and relationships with companies like CrowdStrike, AWS, Microsoft & Google Cloud, etc.
- Prior experience with network transformation technologies and any past history working in early-stage technology startups

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
