The Associate Account Executive is responsible for supporting the acquisition and management of Small and Medium Business (SMB) accounts, primarily in the West Market of Mumbai. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, documenting client interactions, and assisting senior executives. Key responsibilities include building account management skills, identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities, documenting client interactions, resolving customer issues, meeting sales objectives, and contributing to the development of go-to-market strategies. The position requires utilizing a consultative selling approach, maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and supporting both field and inside sales teams to achieve targets. Mid-market and cybersecurity experience are mandatory.
