Employee Advisor

The Employee Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for employee-related matters, bridging the gap between HR and employees throughout their lifecycle. Responsibilities include handling employee grievances, escalating issues, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing support for employee well-being initiatives. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and proactive engagement with employees. The Employee Advisor will conduct trainings, perform payroll review, support employees on leave, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee experience. The position involves visiting Tesla locations to conduct roundtable discussions and employee experience programs, along with performing eligibility checks for internal transfers. A solid understanding of HR operations, local employment laws, and excellent English and German language skills are essential.
