Hong Kong Disneyland is currently seeking a HR Business Partner who will serve as a credible partner and trusted advisor in support of business and departmental goals of the designated Line of Business(es). This incumbent will work closely with the HR functional partners to facilitate the formation and implementation of integrated HR solutions, and coach/consult line managers on issues including but not limited to organization effectiveness, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, people movement, legal compliance, etc.
About the Job
Serve as a credible partner, trusted advisor, and voice of cast members to support the business and departmental goals of the designated Line of Business(es) (LOB).
Work closely with designated LOB executives/leaders to define and drive integrated, data-driven Human Resources (HR) strategies and solutions so that business results and organizational goals can be realized.
Partner with the relevant functional HR teams (Hong Kong Disneyland, segment, and enterprise) to define and deliver solutions to designated clients, including but not limited to facilitating new leader transitions, recruitment and retention, talent management, organizational development, roles and structure design, and leadership and team development support. Leverage business data, metrics, and external market insights in strategy and solution development.
Support the planning and execution of cross-HR, cross-LOB, resort, or global-wide HR initiatives and position HR functional work.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organization Development, or related fields.
At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources, organizational development, change management, and talent management.
Solid HR Business Partner experience in large organizations is preferred.
Ability to build strong relationships and engage and influence a wide variety of key stakeholders.
Creative problem-solving skills; ability to implement solutions and escalate issues appropriately.
Familiarity with workforce insights, evidence-based research, and HR & business metrics to aid decision-making and influence business solutions.
Ability to execute against multiple priorities through organizational, prioritization, project, and time management skills.
Resilience to work within a complex organization. Proven ability to manage conflict and the courage to challenge the status quo.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and a good knowledge of HK employment law and practices.
Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
