About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Branding Manager to lead our global talent branding initiatives. This role will be pivotal in shaping and promoting Trianz’s employer brand to attract, engage, and retain top talent worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employer branding, marketing, and communications, with a passion for creating compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences This individual will work closely with leadership & business units to ensure consistent messaging, foster employee engagement, and promote a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong writing skills blended with experience in managing internal communication channels and campaigns

Social Media and Digital Presence: • Enhance Trianz’s presence on social media and other digital channels to attract and engage potential candidates. • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies. Employee Advocacy: • Develop and implement employee advocacy programs to encourage current employees to share their experiences and promote Trianz as an employer of choice. • Train and support employees in creating and sharing content that reflects the company’s culture and values.
