Aristocrat Interactive seeks a dynamic English Customer Support Agent for the night shift. Responsibilities include promptly responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email, providing accurate information and support on games, promotions, accounts, and technical issues; resolving complaints efficiently; assisting with account verification (KYC); monitoring and reporting player feedback; collaborating with other departments (Safer Gambling, Fraud, AML, Payments, Marketing); staying updated on industry trends and company policies; and participating in training. The ideal candidate possesses at least one year of customer service experience (iGaming experience preferred but not required), excellent English communication skills (C1 level), strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with online gaming platforms and basic technical troubleshooting are also needed.

Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a dynamic and motivated English Customer Support Agent - Night Shift.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
  • Provide accurate information and support to players regarding games, promotions, accounts, and technical issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with first contact resolution in mind.
  • Assist with account verification processes, including KYC (Know Your Customer).
  • Monitor and report on player feedback, suggesting improvements to enhance the player experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Safer Gambling, Fraud, AML, Payments, and Marketing, to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery and protect customers from potential gambling harm.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, game updates, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service related role (iGaming experience would be considered an asset but is not a requirement).
  • Excellent English communication skills, in both written and verbal (C1).
  • The ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Extremely attentive to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging queries with patience and empathy.
  • Familiarity with online gaming platforms and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Have a strong grasp of internal policies & procedures.
  • Raising the flag and suggesting improvements where needed.
