Scopely is looking for an Executive IT Support Specialist to join our IT team in Culver City on an on-site basis working from the hub.

What You Will Do
This position is responsible for working directly with the Executive team as well as their assistants to support them in their IT needs. This individual provides professional and timely support for a wide range of IT equipment and software. Using a proactive approach to issues and opportunities, along with a sense of urgency and accuracy supporting Scopely’s Executive team.
Protects and maintains the confidentiality of employee and business information.
Delivers high-level IT support both onsite and at remote offices.
Ability to understand, troubleshoot and solve the technology challenges that the Executive team encounters in their day-to-day activities with effective decision-making and problem-solving.
Provides consistent organization, planning and time management.
Focuses on technology requirements and tools such as laptops, desktops, iPad, iPhone, PC/Tablets, remote access, home offices etc.
Work with the Executive teams’ assistants and the IT Helpdesk to develop a support plan for their technology needs, including travel, and other offsite engagements.
Responds quickly to urgent technology issues that the Executive team needs at their home offices, offsite meetings, or on-site on a 24/7 basis as needed.
Works in partnership with the IT Team, understands and follows the established technology standards and support processes as appropriate.
Develops ideas for new and improved solutions based on needs.
What We’re Looking For
High standards of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen
Three years experience in providing desktop support services to senior executives; and five years of user support experience, troubleshooting hardware and software problems required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional experience with current Windows OS, Mac OS, and hardware.
Professional experience with the following technologies: Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office suite, and Okta.
Ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms to end users.
Ability to support and troubleshoot Audio/Visual and presentation issues.
Ability to work in an environment that may be occasionally stressful when assisting clients on site maintaining an excellent communication and customer service focus.
For candidates in CA, CO, MD, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $85,900 - $126,000, plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
