Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Game Designer to join our team and create engaging and immersive game experiences. You will be responsible for designing and developing the game's core mechanics, stages, levels, UI, and gameplay systems. You will work closely with programmers, artists, and sound designers to ensure a consistent and high-quality gaming experience. Responsibilities: 1. Game Mechanics Design: Design and implement the fundamental rules, systems, and battle mechanics within the game, ensuring a balance between challenge and enjoyment for players. 2. Stage and Level Design: Create and design the structure of each stage and mission, providing an appropriate level of difficulty and engagement for players. Utilize elements such as enemy placements, mechanics, and rewards to enhance the effectiveness of each stage. 3. UI Design and Game Text Creation: Design UI transitions and specifications, as well as creating in-game text and dialogue. 4. Playtesting and Feedback Analysis: Design key combat systems for action games, enhancing player strategy and a sense of achievement through character skills, combos, and AI behavior patterns. 5. Coordination and Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with programmers, artists, sound designers, and other team members to ensure a consistent overall game experience.
Must have:
  • AAA title game design experience

Responsibilities:

仕事内容

1.ゲームメカニクスの設計 ゲーム内での基本的なルール、システム、バトルメカニクスを企画し、プレイヤーが感じる楽しさと挑戦のバランスを取ります。

2.ステージおよびレベルデザイン 各ステージやミッションの構成を設計し、プレイヤーにとって適度な難易度とやりがいを提供します。敵の配置やギミック、報酬などの要素を組み合わせ、ステージを効果的に演出します。

3.UIデザインおよびゲームテキストの作成 UIの遷移や仕様をデザイン、ゲーム内テキストやセリフなどを作成します。

4.プレイテストとフィードバック分析 アクションゲームにおいて重要な戦闘システムをデザインし、キャラクターのスキルやコンボ、AIの動作パターンなど、プレイヤーが感じる戦略性と達成感を強化します。

5.他部門との調整と協力 プログラマー、アーティスト、音響デザイナーなど他のチームメンバーと連携し、全体のゲーム体験が一貫性を持つよう調整します。

Job Description

Requirements:

応募資格

1.AAAタイトルでのゲームデザイン経験(優遇)

2.アクションゲームにおけるメカニクス設計やレベルデザインの知識(優遇)

3.プレイヤー視点で考えられる柔軟な発想力と論理的思考力

4.プレイテストからのフィードバックを活かした調整・改善ができるスキル

5.他部門との円滑なコミュニケーション能力

Requirements

1. Experience in game design for AAA titles (preferred)

2. Knowledge in mechanics design and level design for action games (preferred)

3. Flexible creativity and logical thinking from a player's perspective

4. Skills in making adjustments and improvements based on feedback from playtests

5. Strong communication skills for smooth collaboration with other departments

※経験・スキル等を考慮し、当社規定により優遇します。

※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日

就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30  休憩時間 60分

役職により裁量労働制あり

完全週休2日制(土日・祝日)

有給休暇:入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22
