Job Description

This role is for a Game Operation Specialist with a focus on data analysis for PUBG Mobile in the Latin American region. Responsibilities include establishing key indicator monitoring mechanisms, collecting and analyzing game data, identifying trends and issues, optimizing operational strategies (event planning, user retention, and payment conversion), and contributing to core game operations modules. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3+ years of game operation and data analysis experience, a passion for gaming (especially FPS), strong communication skills, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R, Tableau, PowerBI), and fluency in English. Spanish/Portuguese proficiency is a plus. The position is based in Shenzhen, China.

Must have:

3+ years game operation & data analysis experience
Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R)
Fluent in English, FPS game knowledge
Data-driven strategy optimization
Data collection, analysis, reporting

Good to have:

Spanish/Portuguese language skills

Responsibilities:

工作职责
1、建立关键指标的日常监控机制，监控日常游戏数据，定期输出相关结论和报告；
2、负责项目各类型数据收集及整理，进行深入分析，发现问题，识别趋势；
3、从数据角度帮助制定和优化运营策略，包括活动策划、用户留存、付费转化等；
4、以数据为驱动，参与拉美区域其他核心游戏运营核心模块。

Requirements:

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏运营及数据分析工作经验；
2、热爱游戏及游戏行业，对FPS品类有较深的认知与体验；
3、熟悉游戏运营发行过程和各业务模块，具备良好的沟通能力；
4、熟练使用数据相关分析和可视化工具（如Excel、SQL、Python/R、Tableau、Power BI等）；
5、英语能作为工作语言；具备西语/葡语能力优先。
