Job Summary

Job Description

CodeNinja seeks passionate graduates for a Graduate Trainee program in Human Resources leading to a permanent role. The program offers a comprehensive introduction to HR practices and processes. Trainees will assist in recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interviews), onboarding, employee engagement programs, training, performance management, employee surveys, record maintenance, and collaboration with various departments. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organizational skills. Prior HR internship or coursework is a plus.

As a Graduate Trainee, you will be immersed in various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into HR operations within an innovative tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Participate in onboarding procedures, helping new employees acclimate to the company culture and processes.
  • Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance management.
  • Conduct employee surveys and assist in analyzing feedback to promote positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and support HR-related projects.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong desire to learn about HR practices and a passion for working with people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Internship or coursework in HR is a plus, but not required.
