Graduate Trainee - HR

This program is designed to provide a thorough introduction to HR practices and processes, fostering the next generation of HR leaders. As a Graduate Trainee, you will be immersed in various HR functions, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into HR operations within an innovative tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Participate in onboarding procedures, helping new employees acclimate to the company culture and processes.
• Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance management.
• Conduct employee surveys and assist in analyzing feedback to promote positive workplace culture.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and support HR-related projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn about HR practices and a passion for working with people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Internship or coursework in HR is a plus, but not required.
