  • Knowledge of full-funnel marketing strategies and media, including online-to-offline, e-commerce, TV, and digital video.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

In this role, you will lead and strengthen a sales team focused on a small set of the world’s largest restaurant advertisers. Leadership entails inspiring the team with a compelling goal for how we can identify client business issues in order to deliver value to our customers. You will run the day-to-day operations for your team by setting clear goals, and helping the team to clear roadblocks. You will collaborate with fellow managers, partner with business leadership to set vertical wide objectives, and build relationships across the Google network. Actively engaged with clients and agencies, you will build the business and develop a reputation for thought leadership and industry change while demonstrating how Google products can enhance and transform businesses.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$268,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives. 
  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values.
