Summary

This position is responsible for executing HR operations in Montreal, encompassing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, termination, transfers, compensation and benefits, data management, and more. You will ensure the timeliness and accuracy of HR services, continuously improve service levels, and enhance employee experience. You will also be responsible for understanding and implementing relevant HR policies in Canada, establishing compliant and reasonable HR policies, and serving as the point of contact for third-party HR service providers. You will monitor and manage these services, identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and employee experiences, and optimize HR work practices. This role also involves putting forward suggestions based on benchmarking research or data analysis.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 3+ years of global HR experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Familiar with local labor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in English and French
Good to have:
  • International study or work experience in the US, Canada, or the UK
  • Experience in HR operations, payroll, and workday system
  • Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)

1. 5. Optimiser les pratiques de travail des RH et présenter des suggestions raisonnables par le biais d'une recherche comparative pertinente ou d'une analyse de données.

Exigences du poste:

1. Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'un diplôme supérieur, et vous avez de préférence suivi des études internationales ou acquis une expérience professionnelle aux États-Unis, au Canada ou au Royaume-Uni dans des entreprises de renom ;

2. Plus de 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des ressources humaines au niveau mondial, familiarisation avec les lois et réglementations locales en matière de travail ; une expérience des opérations de ressources humaines, de la paie, du système de gestion des jours ouvrables est un plus ;

3. Avoir de solides compétences en matière de communication et de coordination, être capable d'interagir efficacement avec tous les niveaux de l'organisation dans un environnement multiculturel.

4. La connaissance de l'anglais et du français est requise, et la maîtrise du chinois à l'oral, à l'écrit et à l'oral est souhaitée.

Job Description:
1. Responsible for the HR operation execution in Montreal, including full employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, termination, transfer; compensation and benefits, data management, etc. Make sure the timeliness and accuracy of HR services, and continuously improve service levels and employee experience;
2. Understand the relevant HR policies in Canada, and establish a compliant, reasonable HR policy;
3. Be the point of contact for HR 3rd party service providers, and continuously monitor and manage service provided.
4. Responsible for local HR operation process and execution. Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and improve employee experiences;
5. Optimize HR work practices and put forward reasonable suggestions through relevant benchmarking research or data analysis.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with international study or work experience in USA, Canada, UK in well-known companies is preferred;
2. More than 3 years of global HR related work experience, familiar with local labor-related laws and regulations; Experience with HR operation, payroll, workday system is a plus;
3. Have strong communication and coordination skills, be able to effectively interact with all organization levels in a multicultural environment.
4. English and French is required, and proficiency in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing is preferred.
