We’re seeking a HRIS Analyst with expertise in Workday to join the team at one of our top-tier clients. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in optimizing workforce data, shaping strategic initiatives, and delivering high-impact reporting solutions that influence organizational decisions.

As the HRIS Analyst, you’ll collaborate across departments to design, maintain, and optimize Workday reports. Your work will be critical to supporting data-driven decision-making while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and usability across all reporting tools.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Report Development & Maintenance:
    Build and maintain custom reports in Workday, leveraging advanced and matrix reporting capabilities to meet evolving business needs.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate needs into technical specs, and deliver user-centric reporting solutions.

  • Performance Optimization:
    Monitor report efficiency and data integrity; enhance system performance through continuous improvements.

  • User Support & Training:
    Train and support end-users to increase adoption and effective use of Workday reporting tools.

  • Project Leadership:
    Lead initiatives to standardize reporting, develop analytics dashboards, and support broader data strategies.

  • Data Governance:
    Ensure compliance with internal data policies and external regulations through consistent governance practices.


Success Metrics:

  • Timely, accurate delivery of reports

  • High levels of end-user satisfaction and tool adoption

  • Achievement of project milestones and deadlines

  • Measurable improvement in user training outcomes


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Workday reporting (experience in tech industry preferred)

  • Proficiency in Workday report writing, including calculated fields, advanced reports, and matrix reports

  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM and Recruiting modules

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to simplify and explain complex data concepts

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented and methodical in report design and data validation

  • Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments

  • Highly organized with a proactive and reliable work style
