What will you work on?
This role plays a key part in the HR Operating Model and is responsible for all HR interaction; employee relationship, maintain core HR data and files in compliance with local regulation or Spin Master internal processes and policies, administration of HR systems, offer support and coaching to line managers and employees on HR related queries and matters, new hire orientation, performance, talent management and development.
The role reports to and works closely with the Director, Human Resources to support and participate in all HR processes as well as assist with new process implementation, and adoption.
They participate in HRIS modules implementation, communication and training up to full adoption in partnership with HRBP and COE teams to ensure the delivery of HR transactions needed from all during their professional lifecycle are met. They are also responsible for data maintenance of Workday HRIS, including strategic activities and process improvements, operational tasks and system entries and Workday related training and communication.

HR Daily Responsibilities Duties:
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other queries/needs
- Supports management teams by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing information and applications.
- Guides management teams and employees actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
- On-boarding/off-boarding of employees and ensuring HR policies and new hire training is completed in partnership with the Employee Experience team
- Supporting Director HR in any administrative tasks or requirements
- Escalates appropriately all HR matters to be resolved
HR Data Management
- Organizing, updating and archiving physical employee files
- Ensure all employees always have an accurate Job description
- Entering and managing data to always ensure 100% accuracy and compliance for Europe (WorkDay). Maintaining and updating reports as required (new hires, terminations, leaves, etc.)
- Tracking and maintaining HR expenses/invoice sheets including but not limited to daily invoices, tracking and processing invoices on SAP
- Update of HR website, Spin Central Europe
Training Development/Talent Management
- Identify the appropriate training partners and assist by preparing agreement for services (in line with our authority of approval)
- Ensure compliance training is completed for new hires and existing employees
- In partnership with people Managers and the HR Manager develop training programs to ensure building a strong organization, bringing new ideas for implemented training programs
- Promote and leverage LinkedIn Training as the key Training Development tool
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and innovation in how we deliver training and learning experience at Spin Master
- Manage Talent reviews content, lead discussions and ensure follow up
- Coach Managers/Team Leaders to attract, retain and develop their workforce bench
- Provide Trainings to employees and Managers for any new implemented tool/process
HR Projects
- Lead/Assists and Implement the Reward and Recognition programs
- Drive special projects (e.g. Health Day/Wellness Day, Employee Initiatives and Events)
- Arranging meetings, logistics and on-site training, booking meeting rooms, sending email invites, ordering catering and arranging for AV equipment
- Supports the design, implementation and ongoing delivery of HR programs and initiatives
- Coordinate communication with employees as needed
- Assist with other HR projects and duties as required
Payroll Attendance
- Provide all Payroll related information and documents to Payroll Specialist
- Support Payroll Specialist in any specific employee related question or matter
- Assist in resolving payroll questions, issues and communication toward employees as support to the Payroll Specialist when unavailable
- Support Business Leaders when planning working calendar according to specific local law requirements
Recruitment/Onboarding
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team in TA and Recruitment processes; support the entire recruiting life cycle from candidate generation through direct sourcing, interviewing, checking references and closing candidates up to onboarding
- Supervising preparation of New hires Onboarding
- Understand the business technology, product and culture to sell the company to prospective candidates
- If necessary, assist in reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
What are your skills and experience?
- Bachelor/University Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 3+ years’ of experience in a Human Resources role (HR Generalist/HRBP or similar)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience in working with an HRIS tool, preferably Workday
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, results oriented and demonstrates a good judgment
- Ability to recognize and react appropriately to confidential matters, and sensitive in dealing with confidential data and information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy, attention to detail and timelines
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Attention to detail, with good judgment and decision making skills
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Professional manners when representing the HR team
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
