Lead Marketing Cloud discussions with new and existing clients, perform scoping assessments, and design solutions. Support sales and business development to generate Martech revenue. Oversee client engagements, ensuring success. Participate in global workshops, conduct peer reviews, and approve specifications. Collaborate with project managers and the operations team. Document and manage deployments, conduct end-to-end testing, and guarantee adherence to specifications. Develop and scale the Salesforce Marketing Cloud CoE, attracting, nurturing, and grooming talent. Create and manage a skill-building framework to ensure employee proficiency in the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies.
Must have:
  • 5+ years Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Martech SME, leading large-scale Marketing Automation initiatives
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Account Engagement
  • Oversee client engagements and ensure success
  • Develop and scale Salesforce Marketing Cloud CoE
Good to have:

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead and lead the Marketing Cloud related discussions with new customers and leverage existing customer relationships for additional business opportunities and perform scoping assessments to determine feasibility of projects and create and lead solution designs for customers. Take on independent responsibility for supporting sales opportunities and business development efforts to generate Martech revenue.
  • Responsible for overseeing client engagements and ensuring the overall health and success of these engagements.
  • Engage actively in global/regional workshops for requirement gathering, conduct peer reviews, and provide approval for functional specifications and user stories. Additionally, prioritize the consideration of the overall user experience during the design and implementation of new solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and the Operations Team to plan deployments effectively.
  • Take responsibility for documenting deployments, managing deployments between development environments, and validating productive orgs. Conduct end-to-end testing as part of the process.
  • Guarantee that implemented solutions adhere to specifications and are fit for their intended purpose.
  • Help develop and scale up the Salesforce Marketing Cloud CoE withing Salesforce competency by attracting, nurturing and grooming talent. The SME will also play a pivotal role in crafting as well as managing a skill building framework that will ensure that the employees are trained and proficient on the latest technologies of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Mandatory skill sets:

  • Should have demonstrable IT experience with more than 5+ years of relevant experience as a techno functional SME in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Extensive background as a Martech SME, showcasing a proven track record of leading global, large-scale Marketing Automation initiatives. Demonstrates robust expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP), Account Engagement, Personalization and Engagement and Marketing Intelligence

Preferred skill sets:

Familiarity with tools that seamlessly integrate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Datorama, Google Analytics, Data Cloud (CDP), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud and more.
