Job Description & Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Machine Learning Test Lead to join our growing team. As an ML Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts for our ML models and applications, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI solutions. You will play a critical role in building a robust testing framework and ensuring our ML products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

 Lead and mentor a team of ML test engineers.
 Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for ML models and applications, covering various aspects such as data quality, model performance, bias detection, explainability, and robustness.
 Design and execute automated testing frameworks and tools to validate ML models and pipelines.
 Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to understand model requirements and design test cases.
 Develop and manage test data sets, including synthetic data generation, data augmentation, and data labeling.
 Analyze test results, identify and report defects, and work with development teams to address issues.
 Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing processes, documentation, and best practices for ML testing.
 Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
 Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to define and communicate test results and findings.

Mandatory skill sets:

Define test strategies, track bugs, and coordinate with testers for ML projects

Preferred skill sets:

Data pipeline testing, Orchestration testing, Integration testing  

Years of experience required:

4 to 8 years

Education qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
