How will you value-add?

  • Support end to end recruitment assignments, including interview coordination

  • Recommend appropriate sourcing & search strategy, conduct proactive talent pooling and provide valuable data-driven insights on the recruitment landscape

  • Influence hiring managers & stakeholders to drive our diversity agenda.

  • Demonstrate ability in working through change and will have significant experience within a complex organizational structure.

  •  You are commercial and analytical focused on understanding businesses and value drivers. 

About you

  •  Have at least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or end-to-end recruiting experience across a high volume of roles.

  •  You may be currently in internal recruitment or be looking to move from a recruitment agency to take on a more strategic, business aligned position.

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience but looking to transition into the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment function are welcome to apply.

  • Have some business partnering experience with business stakeholders to drive strong engagement with regards to talent.

  • A team player with strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Have a flexible working style.
