Job Summary
Paytm is seeking a KAM - Team Lead for their EDC Retail division. The role involves increasing sales of devices to merchants within a designated area through physical field sales and identifying quality merchants. Responsibilities include minimizing fraud and chargeback risks by ensuring good merchant onboarding, adhering to risk guidelines, and resolving high-risk issues. The incumbent will also seek references from converted clients and collaborate with internal teams to address technological bottlenecks. A key aspect of the role is acting as a brand ambassador for Paytm, embodying its core values. Successful candidates will leverage their network, possess strong B2B field sales, cold calling, and lead generation skills, understand technology and user experience, and have excellent communication, sales, and negotiation abilities, along with a willingness to experiment and improve.
