The Role:
The PIM Lead developer will work as part of the Enterprise Application IT team to support and focus on development of Product Information Management(PIM) using InRiver software. As a lead developer you will be responsible for lead the development team, solution designing, implementation, deployment and maintenance of the PIM implementation.

Understand the database and usage of PIM as required and build the system accordingly.
Be a part of Enterprise Application team team and work with the various Business Groups to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions.
Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required
Provide Tier 1 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the system
Design and develop solutions primarily on the InRiver software using C-sharp and other web technologies like Java, JQuery,HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, etc. if needed
Document and develop code according to specifications and standards. .
Knowledge of Agile methodology and sprint based project delivery
Work on operations along with projects and maintain the PIM as required by business groups.
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
At least 8+ years experience working in the IT industry
7+ years of experience developing custom applications using C-sharp
Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS.
Extensive experience in using APIs and connecting to various databases via integration.
Experience in DevOps and applications like GitHub, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement
Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with remote IT and business team members
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service mentality
This position will be located in Chennai, India.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or higher or equivalent
