Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Core Products Delivery Team under the Clients Solutions Business Unit at Mercer Consulting. This role will be based in Global Capability Centre at Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Deliver exceptional service to clients and manage key accounts.
  • Initiate client renewals and create tailored quotations.
  • Recommend relevant content and publication products.
  • Resolve client queries and issues related to survey access on Mercer tools and applications.
  • Support contract creation and sign-up processes.
  • Drive year-over-year growth in client participation.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and consulting teams across Asia for onboarding clients onto TAAP+.
  • Conduct platform demos and refresher sessions for clients.
  • Track contract and access end dates, ensuring timely invoicing and managing renewal negotiations.
  • Gather client feedback to enhance support services

What you need to have:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 4 years in client support, consulting, or a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey information clearly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A strong focus on client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven track record of identifying issues and developing effective solutions promptly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset contributing to a positive workplace culture.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate renewal conversations effectively.

Eligibility

  • Minimum 12 months experience as Lead Specialist (D1) / Manager (D2)
  • Should have at least “On-Track” or equivalent rating in last appraisal.
  • Should not be under any Performance Counselling Plan or had any official disciplinary action within the last 3 months.
  • Should not have applied for any other IJP in the last 3 months
