Job Description

This Legal Internship at Corsair offers a 12-week, full-time opportunity within two cohort tracks (May 21st-August 8th, 2025, or June 17th-September 5th, 2025). Responsibilities include providing clerical support, conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing agreements, and assisting in maintaining IP dockets. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, full-time students at an accredited institution, pursuing a Juris Doctor degree (1L), and detail-oriented effective communicators with strong analytical skills. The internship is based at Corsair's headquarters in Milpitas, CA, with an hourly pay range of $25.

Qualifications/ Internship Requirements:

Must be at least 18+ years of age
Must be enrolled as a full-time student in any accredited institution
Pursuing a Juris Doctor degree as a 1L
All Interns must be able to commit to one of the two cohort tracks that span 12-weeks, at 40 hours per week

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
