Job Description

The Manager of HR Operations will be responsible for supporting the strategy and implementation of HR Operations processes, including hiring, onboarding, headcount management, compensation, and employee data. This role involves managing the APAC HR People Operations team, collaborating with HR BPs and Centers of Excellence, and working with the Global People Operations team. The individual will handle HR Information Systems, prepare reports, and ensure the accuracy and security of people data. They will also oversee APAC HR transactions, manage the ticketing queue, create HR process documentation, and collaborate with payroll partners. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.

The Challenge 

We are looking for a detailed and service-oriented Manager of HR Operations to join our Team covering APAC. They will support the strategy and implementation of our HR Operations processes including the workflows related to hiring and onboarding, headcount, compensation, and employee data management. We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating excellent employee experiences and strives for efficiency. Our ideal candidate will be hyper-organized, and excited to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

This is a 12 months' fixed term contract with a potential for extension/conversion based on business need and potential.

What You’ll Take On 

  • Supports employees cross label in APAC region. 
  • Manages the APAC HR People Operations team on day to day work.
  • Works closely with our HR BP’s and other HR Centers of Excellence at T2 on various projects.
  • Collaborates with the Global People Operations team to assist in centralizing and globalising processes.
  • Operates in HR Information Systems and handles all relevant documentation, updates, and personnel file creation ensuring the confidentiality, accuracy, security, and timely maintenance of people data.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership on HR initiatives and metrics.
  • Collaborates closely with Global People Operations teams on all cross Label and cross Entity hires.
  • Consistently and proactively finds ways to enhance and optimise systems and process
  • Oversees APAC HR transactions and ensures completion in a timely accurate manner.
  • Manages the APAC HR Ticketing queue and steps in to handle tickets as and where required.
  • Creates and maintains APAC HR Process documentation.
  • Works closely with our payroll partners to perform necessary admin and checks during processing
  • Represents the T2 culture to all incoming, current, and exiting employees

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years’ related experience 
  • Experience in a global organisation with a focus on APAC
  • Shared Service experience
  • Management experience 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and workflow, completing projects on or ahead of schedule
  • Very strong skills on Microsoft Office Suite & GSuite including advanced Excel/ Sheets skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including dealing effectively with a diversity of individuals and cultures at all organizational levels
  • Experienced in Workday
